In April, we said Kraków HR Lab might soon need a bigger space. On 13 October it moved up to the 26th floor of Unity Tower.
On the agenda:
→ the new anti-mobbing rules, in force from 5 November
→ EU pay transparency
→ difficult employment cases, and how to resolve them before they reach court
HR teams from ASPIRE member companies made this the biggest Kraków HR Lab yet.
