Kraków HR Lab met on 9 April, and judging by the group photo, we may soon need a bigger space.
The focus was exactly where many HR teams need to be: pay transparency, and the handling of high-risk HR situations. There was a real sense of expectation in the room.
The growing community is a sign of three things:
→ the strength of Kraków’s business services sector
→ the value of meeting locally to compare notes
→ the need for practical expert advice on issues that move fast
